What to expect: 1. Welcome circle 2. Breathwork 3. Sing songs of healing together! Danielle will guide the group in singing together to activate the vagus nerve which stimulates a relaxation response, help open and activate the throat chakra AND enhance connection with yourself and community! Since this is our first go at this, this workshop will be donation based payment- pay what you can!
