This is a free-form movement modality. You will be guided through the elements (earth-water-fire-air-ether) on a themed, conscious music ride that creates space for individual expression, healing, sensuality and fun.
 
There are NO steps-- you can move as you want. There are no words used among the dancers on the floor so it becomes a primal experience of interaction and shared physical awareness. Sit, meditate, stretch, jump, stomp, groove... whatever your heart desires.
